the staff was very friendly i especially remember mr utkan mr ali and mr aziz they were kind and professional i appreciated their friendliness the location allowed easy access to places of interest nearby i could walk to many locations the room finishes were high quality as was the bed linen
the room did not always receive consistent servicing sometimes powdered coffee was missing other times tissue was not provided

The air conditioning was quiet and effective. Complimentary sweets in the room were a nice addition. The location is close to the main metro station and tram stops. This provides easy access to transportation.

i loved the swift and attentive service. the check-in process was smooth and efficient, i really appreciated it. the staff were very good too ensure every need was met, this. i was thoroughly impressed by their dedication to making me feel welcomed.

the toiletry provision was incomplete i found only shampoo and soap dispensers fixed to the wall no lotion or bar soap was provided room servicing was inconsistent some days powdered coffee was missing other days there was no tissue and one day only one robe was supplied the view from the fourth floor faced a neon-lit train station below it partially obscured the water view

The hotel welcomed me with complimentary lemonade and turkish delight. i found a selection of turkish sweets in my room on my last night. the staff helped me book a cab to the airport. They ensured everything went smoothly. i appreciated this a lot.
the view from my room was slightly obstructed by a nearby train station. it was a minor issue though.
